Effective 8 July 2026

Privacy, in plain language

The short version: we store what the product needs to work, nothing more. We don't sell data, we don't run ad trackers, and everything below is the complete list.

What we store, and why

DataWhy
Your email addressSign-in (magic links) and, only if you opt in, the Morning Dispatch email.
Your workspace — niches, keywords, advertisers, communities you trackIt is the product: the radar collects market data for exactly these.
Market data — search metrics, public ad snapshots, public posts, retail listingsPublic market observations tied to your watchlists. None of it is personal data about you.
Usage ledger — scan-unit charges with reasonsSo your balance is auditable by you, line by line.
Local preferences — theme, accent, layout, reading streakStored in your browser only (localStorage). They never reach our servers.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored with Supabase (Postgres) in the EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1). The site is served by Vercel. Market data is gathered from public sources via processing vendors acting on our instructions. If we ever add a processor that changes this picture, this page changes first.

What we don't do

Your rights (GDPR)

Export: Settings → your plan card → "Export my data" downloads your complete workspace as JSON, any time, no questions.
Deletion: send a message via the contact form (topic: Support) mentioning your sign-in address, and we delete your account and workspace within 30 days — usually much faster.
Access & correction: everything we hold about you is visible in the app itself; the export is the authoritative copy.

Contact

Privacy questions: the contact form (Kestrel, EU). If we change this policy, the date at the top changes and material changes get an in-app notice.
